Job Title: Regional Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Training and Compliance Officer to join our team at HR Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service Ltd.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work as a Training and Compliance Officer, responsible for ensuring that all training programs meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the learning and development strategy, driving business growth, and maintaining excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training programs aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements;
  • Conduct needs assessments, analyze training requirements, and identify areas for improvement;
  • Mentor and support in-house trainers, providing guidance on best practices and emerging trends;
  • Ensure that all training materials, resources, and tools are up-to-date, relevant, and compliant with regulatory requirements;
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, encouraging employees to upskill and reskill for future success.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized training qualification (PTTLS or equivalent) and relevant experience in the healthcare sector;
  • A strong understanding of regulatory environments and compliance requirements;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at senior levels;
  • Proven experience in training delivery, preferably in a healthcare environment;
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a collaborative team.
