Job Profile:
Clerk / Responsible Financial Officer

Role Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity to join One Voice Wales as a senior administrator, responsible for providing high-quality support to the council and its members. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure the effective delivery of services, maintain accurate records, and provide expert advice on local government law and procedure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the council and its members, including preparing minutes and agendas.
  • Advise on local government law and procedure, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.
  • Manage financial transactions, maintaining accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in local government administration.
  • An understanding of local government law and procedure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
