About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join One Voice Wales as a key member of our team, responsible for providing professional advice on local government law and procedure. You will play a crucial role in supporting the council's decision-making process, ensuring that all legal and financial obligations are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on local government law and procedure to the council and its officers.
- Support the formulation and implementation of policies, ensuring alignment with statutory obligations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An understanding of local government law and procedure.
- An appropriate professional qualification (Certificate in Local Council Administration or equivalent).
- Continuous professional development skills.
