Job Overview

The Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual who can maintain accurate records and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain office procedures including risk assessments, signage, and fire safety tests.

Assist with recruitment activities, including job adverts, interview scheduling, and candidate database management.

Support new hire onboarding processes.

Liaise with third parties to ensure office services are maintained.

Be the first point of contact, meeting and greeting visitors, and accepting parcels.

Maintain administrative documents and databases.

Requirements

Prior experience in a similar role is required.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures is ideal.

Strong IT administration skills, including Microsoft Office and GSuite, are essential.

Excellent communication and time management skills are necessary.

Estimated Salary: Up to £25,000 pro-rata per annum.

Location: Swansea (Hybrid Working).
