Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized medical secretary to join our Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert administrative support, ensuring efficient coordination of patient care and clinical activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing consultant and junior medical staff diaries
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating workload
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and staff


The salary for this position is £35,704 - £44,886 per annum, inclusive of a non-consolidated supplementary payment. If you are a highly motivated and experienced administrative professional, we encourage you to apply.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have knowledge of the Referral To Treatment process (RTT) and experience working within the NHS. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also essential. We offer a supportive learning environment and opportunities for professional development.
