We are recruiting for an Administration Officer to join our team at the Ministry of Justice Courts and Tribunal Service in Swansea. As an Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the admin function and providing advice and assistance to the Judiciary, Magistracy, and other court staff.

Your key responsibilities will include preparing papers and files, creating and updating records, booking meeting rooms, and processing casework. You will also be responsible for handling counter inquiries, answering telephone calls, and communicating with Judiciary, Magistracy, and other court staff.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong administration experience, good customer skills, and experience working in a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2016 is essential, with experience in other systems being desirable.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
