About the Job:
We are recruiting an experienced Administration Officer to support the admin team at the Ministry of Justice Courts and Tribunal Service in Swansea. As an Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Your main duties will include providing administrative support to the MOJ - HMCTS team, processing casework, and utilizing IT systems such as Microsoft Office 2016. You will also handle counter and telephone calls, responding to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
