Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Sustainability and Net Zero Professional to join our team in the social housing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of net-zero carbon strategies for social landlords and public sector bodies.
  • Analyze housing asset data to benchmark energy performance and develop investment scenarios against net-zero targets.
  • Lead on the analysis of housing asset data to benchmark energy performance and develop investment scenarios against net-zero targets.
  • Develop and deliver guidance and tools to assist housing providers with retrofit projects.
  • Support the delivery of current industry assistance programs, including the Social Housing Retrofit Accelerator.

Person Specification:
