The Wallich's Swansea project is seeking case management and housing specialists to provide residential support to homeless or potentially homeless men and women aged 18+ with complex needs.

Job Description

This challenging yet rewarding role involves coordinating and providing residential support that enables Service Users to address housing and/or personal difficulties, build their skills and confidence, and ultimately improve their ability to maintain their current or future accommodation.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for skilled and compassionate individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are able to work effectively as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of the issues affecting homeless individuals.

A competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum (£24 per hour) is on offer, along with a supportive working environment and opportunities for professional development. Please note that this role requires an Enhanced DBS disclosure and a valid driving licence.
