As a key member of the team, you will handle complex construction litigation cases for claimants and defendants with a solution-focused approach. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive market share and brand presence while managing a varied caseload of litigation matters.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Assist in handling contentious construction matters, including contract breaches and professional negligence claims.
  • Prepare for and assist in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies.
  • Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

  • Experience gained within a construction litigation team at a City/national firm.
  • A proactive 'Can do' attitude with a flexible approach to working under pressure.
