HR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our team at GXO Logistics in Northampton. As an HR Advisor, you will provide comprehensive administrative support and guidance to the management team on HR practices.
Job OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for providing quality advice and consultancy support to line managers on employee relations, including managing discipline, grievance matters, and end-to-end support of the absence management process.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide proactive support to site management on all aspects of HR, including employee relations and people planning
- Manage the full range of HR activities within the employee lifecycle, from new starter processes to termination of employment
- Ensure company standards and policies are effective and consistently implemented across the site
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar HR Advisory role, ideally with CIPD qualifications. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
