Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Owen Daniels Consultancy. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our organization in all aspects of human resources.
This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm. The successful candidate will have previous experience within a HR administrative position, familiarity with payroll processes, and experience working within a manufacturing environment.
The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actioning the recruitment process using job boards, liaising with agencies, right to work check, and trial days.
- Assisting with onboarding, inductions, payroll, and any changes within the business.
- Maintaining the site's time and attendance system, including setting up new colleagues to the system.
- Conducting investigations and data for disciplinary hearings.
- Absence management and completing return to work.
- Assisting with payroll by preparing employee data, starters, leavers, and contractual changes.
- Being the main point of contact for any HR-related queries, including benefits and holiday bookings.
