Swarm Training is working with Kew Green Hotels to help find two Level 3 HR (Human Resources) Administrator Apprentices. Kew Green Hotels is a leading hotel management company with more than 55 international hotels under its wing. This is an amazing opportunity for individuals seeking to kick-start their careers in human resources. Within this HR apprenticeship, an apprentice will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while working closely with an experienced HR team. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is a possible full-time position available for the right person.
**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will assist with various HR functions, such as:
- Provide HR administrative support throughout all HR areas.
- Offer guidance and advice to managers seeking advice on employee-related matters.
- Telephone answering
- Support with payroll tasks
- Assist with some recruitment tasks.
- Support with sickness management, grievance, and performance management.
- Organise and coordinate attendance on company training activities.
- Ensure all data records are accurate and up to date and legally compliant.
- Support in writing and reviewing company policies and procedures.

Working Week
Working hours will be 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. During your working hours, you must complete a minimum of 6 hours per week of study time with tutor support working towards the qualification. The apprenticeship is office-based.
