We are looking for an exceptional Human Resources Leader to join our team at Michael Page Human Resources.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR leadership and will be responsible for leading the HR function, managing employee relations, and developing training programs.

The role offers a competitive salary of up to £67,500 per annum and benefits such as bonus, private medical insurance, enhanced pension contribution, and income protection.

To be considered, you will need to have a CIPD L7 qualification or equivalent and experience working at HR Manager/BP level autonomously. You should also have up-to-date knowledge of HR best practice and employment law.

A key part of this role will be to develop and implement effective HR and people strategies, ensuring the company remains competitive in the market.

This is a permanent, on-site position based in the office, with a requirement to work 5 days per week.
