AuB Talent is looking for a Regional Business Expansion Manager to lead our business development efforts in the Midlands and South region. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth in the construction waste services sector.

As a seasoned business development professional, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and collaborating with our operations teams to deliver high-quality customer service.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing sales strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong commercial relationships with clients
  • Collaborating with operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity

Salary: £53,000 - £58,000 per annum
