Regional Sales Manager

AuB Talent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Midlands and Southern region.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Business Development Manager in the construction, demolition, or remediation sectors. They will have a technical understanding of waste management from these sectors and be able to build and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations teams to deliver high-quality customer service and maintain knowledge and awareness of market trends, customer trends, and the competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and generate sales in the construction waste services sector
* Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients
* Work closely with Operations teams to deliver excellent customer service
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
* Proven track record as a Business Development Manager in the construction, demolition, or remediation sectors
* Technical understanding of waste management from these sectors
