Regional Sales Director

Glen Callum Associates is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, managing key growth accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of maintaining and growing customer accounts, delivering sustainable sales growth, and developing new opportunities. You will be working in a fully remote environment and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and enhance your career.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work collaboratively within a team. A deep understanding of customer needs and requirements is essential for this role, as well as the ability to resolve customer issues and handle complaints to build trust and customer loyalty.
The salary for this role is estimated at £45,000 per annum, plus bonus and company car. Additional benefits include 23 days holiday, pension, and employee benefits.
