Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our Sales team in executing the sales strategy, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent leadership experience, and a strong ability to build partnerships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that meets business objectives and supports the growth of the company.
  2. Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, building strong relationships with customers and driving sales growth through effective account management.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and industry knowledge to understand market trends, identify opportunities, and develop solutions to achieve higher customer spend.
  4. CRM Data Collection: Ensure timely and accurate collection of CRM data to inform decisions and drive sales growth.
  5. Team Performance Management: Manage and monitor the performance of the Regional Sales Team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to exceed targets.
  6. Reporting and Planning: Produce regular reports, sales plans, and forecasts to senior leadership and stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Leader with:

  • A proven track record in B2B sales and leadership experience
  • Excellent account management and coaching skills
  • A strong understanding of sales strategy and performance metrics
  • The ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a car allowance and bonus scheme. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company and contribute to its continued growth and success.
