Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a driven Regional Sales Director to focus on selling our building materials to builders merchants in the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Cover your designated area, supporting existing builders merchants and acquiring new stockists across the country.
- Develop lasting relationships with branch staff, ensuring our products are readily available at each location and effectively merchandised.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A hunter and farmer mentality to identify new business opportunities and grow existing relationships.
- Proven experience working for a builders merchant or selling into them, with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
- The ability to live and work on-site within your designated region.
