Automotive Director of Sales and Revenue Growth

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in executing the sales strategy and driving business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, while fostering strong partnerships with regional customers.
About the Role:
- Drive the sales strategy, supported by day-to-day activities of the team.
- Lead by example, building strong and positive partnerships with regional customers.
- Use data and industry knowledge to understand market position and provide solutions to achieve higher customer spend in competitive markets.
- Ensure timely and accurate collection of CRM data to inform decisions and drive sales.
- Manage and monitor performance and activities of the Regional Sales Team, identifying opportunities for improvement in performance.
- Produce reports, sales plans, and forecasts for Senior Leadership Team and wider business.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership experience, excellent account management experience, proven success in coaching and leading sales teams to exceed KPIs and SLAs.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive or vehicle leasing industries.
What We Offer:
