The OpportunityAs Director of Sales and Operations, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that our business meets its financial goals. This is a critical role that requires a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective service delivery.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Team Development: Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members, promoting growth and engagement.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across Europe.
- Maintenance of Standards: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
We seek a highly skilled and experienced individual with a background in sales, operations, or finance. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as a proven track record of achieving business growth targets.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and additional leadership certifications would be advantageous. Estimated salary: £85,000 - £115,000 per annum.
