Senior Vehicle Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vehicle Sales Director to join our team at Paragon Banking Group PLC.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our vehicle sales efforts, developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Key responsibilities include managing remarketing logistics, establishing retail sales avenues, and implementing centralized customer databases.
Additionally, the Senior Vehicle Sales Director will be responsible for conducting end-of-life condition checks, negotiating sales pricing, and monitoring sales proceeds versus market indicators.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of HGV sales experience, excellent organizational skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.
This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £60,000 per annum, plus bonuses and benefits.
Requirements:- 5+ years of HGV sales experience
- Strong understanding of commercial and municipal vehicles
- Experience with residual value pricing and negotiation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fully qualified driver's license
