Agricultural Sales Professional

CSG is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in the Midlands, UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar senior sales role, preferably within the security services industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team to success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
