Regional Sales Growth Manager

The Wallace Hind Selection Limited is a European leading manufacturer of multi point locking systems. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Growth Manager to join our sales team in the East Midlands/East region.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for increasing market share by selling directly to fabricators and distributors. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
We estimate that this role offers a salary in the range of £45,000 - £50,000, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including bonus, company car or allowance, contributory pension, life assurance, and 25 days holiday plus stats.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have a proven track record of sales success and a strong understanding of the security industry.
