Job Overview:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a well-established manufacturing business in Kettering. As HR Operations Manager, you will play a key role in fostering a progressive culture, modernising HR operations, and ensuring the people strategy drives business success.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership capabilities and expertise in change management. A CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resources Management is essential, along with a proven track record in a senior HR role, although not essential.

As part of our team, you can expect:
  • A competitive salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee all HR operations, ensuring policies, programs, and practices are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives. This includes leading recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development. Additionally, you will review and refresh company policies, addressing areas where practices may have become outdated.

Key responsibilities include managing compliance across all HR activities, supporting business standards, including quality assurance, and collaborating with the Compliance Officer on incident management and investigations. You will also oversee payroll systems, health & safety, and compensation benefits.
