We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Relations Coordinator to join our team in Moulton Park, Northampton.

This exciting opportunity offers a salary of £31,000 - £36,000 per annum DOE, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will manage staff relationships, develop HR policies, and conduct capability investigations to ensure compliance with employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff relationships and resolve employee queries
  • Develop and implement HR policies to align with company objectives
  • Conduct capability investigations and disciplinary procedures
  • Collaborate with the HR manager to drive business performance through effective HR practices

Requirements and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of employment law and its application in the workplace
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in providing HR advice and guidance to line managers
  • CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent
