We have our eyes peeled for an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly organised HR Advisor looking to join the People & Culture Team of a growing business with a vibrant employee culture, based on the outskirts of Northampton. This busy and varied role focuses on supporting colleagues and managers with a range of HR and recruitment activity, including coordinating the in-house recruitment process. This forward-thinking bunch are busy and growing so they need like-minded colleagues to join them on their journey

You’ll be an organised and pro-active people professional, with experience of HR and recruitment processes, looking to join a customer centric, privately owned Finance company that knows how to take care of its people (and have fun doing it).

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Managing the recruitment life cycle, from signing off budgets and developing job descriptions, supporting managers with interviewing, managing offers and background checks as well as onboarding new starters.
- Supporting and coaching managers at all levels of the organisation.
- Supporting the full employee life cycle including induction and onboarding, leavers, maternity/ paternity, sickness, absences etc.
- Supporting and checking monthly payroll and ensuring queries and errors are resolved efficiently.
- Administering occupational health where appropriate and ensuring reasonable adjustments are implemented where possible.
- Supporting on annual P&C projects including half year appraisals, appraisals, and bonus payments.
- Working in line with the L&D strategy and responsibility for training including induction, refresher training and bespoke coaching.

- At least CIPD level 3 qualified or the equivalent experience.
- Rounded HR experience of supporting the full employee life cycle.
- A high level of integrity
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Outstanding organisational skills and ability to work at pace.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Good knowledge of HR practices to include but not limited to recruitment, payroll, maternity / paternity, absences, disciplinaries, capability, flexible working, learning & development, and employee engagement.
- Knowledge of excel including formulas and MS PowerPoint.
