We are collaborating with a prominent global IT organization seeking a seasoned HR Advisor with a minimum of CIPD level 5 certification.

Your role will involve partnering with a Senior HR Advisor to support the Sales and Telecoms division, which encompasses a workforce of approximately (Apply online only) employees.

The ideal candidate will possess corporate HR experience at the Advisor level, with a background in organizational design and transformation initiatives, along with substantial employee relations expertise.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in project work, focusing on the design and implementation of organizational design and transformation initiatives.
  • Manage escalated employee relations issues.
  • Provide support to the Senior HR Advisor.
  • Oversee succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, reward systems, and policy revisions.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics, reporting findings to the Senior HR Advisor.
  • Collaborate with case management providers on escalated employee relations matters.
  • Assist in change management and business enhancement efforts.
  • Deliver training and support to managers for effective team management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with departmental managers.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to meet deadlines and fulfill staffing needs.
  • Update and manage HR information systems.
  • Adhere to HR best practices.

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • CIPD level 5 qualification is essential; level 7 is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in employee relations is required.
  • Experience in organizational design and transformation initiatives is a must.
  • Corporate HR experience in a similar capacity, with comprehensive HR knowledge and expertise.
  • Familiarity with current UK legislation, including TUPE, redundancies, and restructuring.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, proactive attitude, with a focus on being helpful and approachable.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding service to stakeholders.
  • Experience with tribunal preparation is advantageous.
  • ACAS knowledge is desirable but not mandatory.
