Job Description:
We are seeking an HR Assistant to support our HR Team in providing an outstanding employee experience across all ONA geographies. This role will be responsible for delivering comprehensive HR services throughout the employee life cycle, from recruitment to offboarding. The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping us maintain a high-performing and engaged workforce, while adapting to the fast-paced demands of a scaling business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR database, adhering to GDPR regulations.
  • Act as the local subject matter expert for our HRIS system.
  • Utilize HR systems to ensure stakeholders have relevant data and management information.
  • Administer OrganOx benefits.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing necessary data, such as new starters, absences, bonuses, and leavers.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, holiday allowances, and benefits.
  • Support the HR Team during confidential meetings.
  • Maintain HR Policies.
  • Set up HR suppliers and raise Purchase Orders.
  • Provide support on ad hoc HR projects.
