Job Overview
The Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford is seeking an organised and conscientious Programmes Officer to support the delivery of graduate degree programmes. As a member of the Programmes team, you will work closely with key Faculty members and other members of the School to provide administrative coordination and ensure timely production of learning resources.

About the Role
This fixed-term role involves coordinating digital learning platforms, teaching resources, and supporting teaching faculty and guest lecturers. You will have a strong emphasis on attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. A flexible can-do approach and willingness to adapt to changing priorities are essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Organise and coordinate digital learning platforms and teaching resources for graduate degree programmes
* Provide administrative support to teaching faculty and guest lecturers
* Collaborate with Faculty members and other School teams to deliver high-quality learning resources
* Ensure timely production of learning resources in a deadline-controlled environment

Requirements
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Flexible can-do approach and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong IT skills and good numeracy skills
