Human Resources Officer

Are you a seasoned HR professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for recruitment and employee relations? We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Officer to join our team at Transun Travel.

As a Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process for our seasonal staff members, including advertising job vacancies, liaising with recruitment agencies, and conducting interviews. You will also be responsible for administering HR paperwork, overseeing the payroll process, and delivering staff inductions.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in human resources or administration, be highly organized, and have excellent communication skills. You will be able to work under your own initiative and as part of a team, and be flexible and able to travel overseas at short notice.

Key Responsibilities:
