The main responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on HR information systems
  • Managing recruitment administration and the online recruitment platform
  • Supporting candidate selection and onboarding
  • Supporting new employee induction
  • Organizing training courses and maintaining training records
  • Supporting payroll administration
  • Organizing and note-taking at meetings
  • Managing the review of HR policies and procedures
  • Working with the HR team on project work as required

This role offers the perfect opportunity for a highly organized and proactive individual to develop their HR career and make a real impact to our organization.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
