Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team at Amsted Automotive Group in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and compliance. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide strategic guidance to plant leaders to identify HR process improvement needs and develop solutions. You will also be responsible for executing HR strategies and activities that foster growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective HR policies and programs related to employment law, employee health and safety, staffing, and compensation
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment legislation and regulations
* Collaborate with plant leaders to identify HR process improvement needs and develop solutions
* Manage HR budgets and administer HR programs and services
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, or business administration
* At least 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
* Strong business acumen and ability to understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda and goals that support the business
* Demonstrated hands-on experience in the administration of policies and programs related to employment law, employee health and safety, staffing, and compensation
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
