Your Role at Hays Human Resources

We're seeking an experienced professional to identify and launch new HR initiatives, manage the full employee life cycle globally, and focus on continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include implementing a new performance management scheme, partnering with managers to enhance processes, maintaining data management systems in compliance with GDPR, overseeing UK benefits, and handling HR and general administration tasks.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and employee engagement
  • Manage the full employee life cycle globally, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention
  • Improve HR processes and systems, including performance management and data management
  • Enhance employee experience and engagement through various initiatives

Salary Range: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience
