HR Administrative Assistant Specialist

NIO is seeking a skilled HR Administrative Assistant to provide front-line HR support to employees in our UK office. This role involves implementing employee engagement initiatives, facilitating new starter inductions, and providing payroll, employee lifecycle, and employee relations assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer proactive HR support to all employees on various matters.
- Support the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
- Participate in the employee representative group, focusing on HR-related topics.
- Organize and deliver comprehensive first-day HR Inductions for new starters.
- Assist with recruitment advertising, screening, and other hiring processes.
- Liaise with HR Business Partners to analyze exit interview findings and provide recommendations.
- Contribute to headcount planning and forecasting.
- Manage the UK HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries.
- Prepare visa application invitations and employment confirmation letters.
- Review and update HR policies annually to ensure compliance with UK regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or Generalist in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail, structured approach, and willingness to tackle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to work effectively within a global HR team and communicate across cultural boundaries.
- Relevant degree in HR or business required.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a valuable asset.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
