At the BMW Group, we believe that success is created by people, not by departments. As a Human Resources Development Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing training programs that bring innovative ideas onto the roads.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and visualize data sets and analysis to predict business training requirements.
- Coordinate Future Talent, Apprentice and Associate Training activities and topics.
- Develop promotional and school engagement activities to enhance the Future Talent recruitment process.
- Research and gather information on new forms of training, including face-to-face, virtual, and e-learning.
- Administer business processes and participate in meetings and workshops.
- Steer identified projects and innovations.
- Involvement in the creation, delivery, and event management for our promotional programs.
- Represent the business at events and activities.
About the team
You will be part of a collaborative team within the HR function at MINI Plant Oxford, working closely with other departments to achieve our goals. As a specialist in human resources development, you will have the opportunity to create, present, and promote topics to all management levels across the business.

What we offer
- A competitive annual salary of £23,650, 26 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract), and an attractive pension scheme.
