Human Resources Coordinator

Transun Travel is seeking a highly organized and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to oversee the recruitment and administration of seasonal staff in the Arctic Circle.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the annual selection process, including advertising job vacancies, liaising with recruitment agencies, and arranging recruitment days.

Additionally, the HR Coordinator will be responsible for administering all HR paperwork, including issuing contracts of employment, compiling staff records, and maintaining an employee database.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within human resources or administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the annual selection process for recruiting seasonal staff
  • Administering all HR paperwork, including contracts of employment and staff records
  • Overseeing the payroll process
  • Delivering staff inductions
  • Acting as a first point of contact for employee relations issues

Requirements:

  • Experience working within human resources or administration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
  • Confident in own abilities
  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Salary: Dependent on experience.
