Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

At Arden White, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for developing and delivering an HR strategy that aligns with our evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support our organisational objectives
* Oversee and manage all daily HR operations
* Collaborate with local and group HR teams to develop and implement HR strategies
* Lead and develop the HR team, providing mentorship and support
* Support management in driving change and cultivating a positive workplace culture

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar
* At least 3 years of experience in people management, offering strategic advice to local management
* Demonstrated experience in providing sound HR advice and achieving results in a dynamic environment
* Experience supporting managers in policy implementation
* Track record of delivering HR projects and activities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Minimum of 3 GCSEs, including English and Maths (or equivalent)
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
