Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Simply Group. About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-growing, high-touch environment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training management, performance management, remuneration, benefits, and relations. You will provide strategic guidance and support to our leadership team, drive business results through effective HR practices, and foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training management, performance management, remuneration, benefits, and relations
- Provide HR advice and guidance to the leadership team
- Attract, recruit, and hire top talent to meet evolving needs
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment
- Review and advise on performance expectations and goals for employees
- Identify training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a professional services business
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR management software and systems
