Compensation
The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $200,000 annually, depending on your background and expertise.
Your Key Responsibilities
You'll oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, payroll, and compliance. Key tasks include:
- Reviewing and updating job descriptions to ensure regulatory compliance
- Designing and implementing training programs to boost employee understanding
- Crafting a compensation strategy informed by market data
- Safeguarding organizational compliance with local, state, and federal laws
- Utilizing performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback
- Consistently applying HR policies across the organization
- Collaborating with management to synchronize HR objectives with business strategies
- Maintaining and refining HR systems and processes
- Conducting thorough performance and salary reviews
- Offering support and mentorship to HR colleagues
- Analyzing compensation and benefits trends
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need a degree in HR or a related field and substantial experience in HR management. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will serve you well in this position.
