Job Title: Human Resources Manager

About the Role:
The Portfolio HR & Reward team is seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join their ranks. This individual will be responsible for overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, managing benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have generalist HR experience in the UK/EMEA region and possess strong knowledge of legislation and employment law.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
* Lead the benefits administration and ensure compliance with employment laws
* Support registration of new starters and maintain data on the HRIS system
* Assist the Learning and Development team with training new employees
* Coordinate probationary review processes and track completion while providing accurate regional data reporting

Requirements:
* Generalist HR function experience in the UK/EMEA region
* Employee relations experience
* Strong knowledge of legislation and employment law
* Great communication skills

What We Offer:
* A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
