Mental Health Practitioner Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust to recruit two Band 6 Mental Health Team Leaders to work within the multi-disciplinary Integrated Mental Health Team at HMP Woodhill.
As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in assessing and managing risk alongside prison colleagues, working closely with other departments to ensure that all risks are assessed and managed.
You will be responsible for undertaking comprehensive assessments alone or with colleagues and feeding back to the Multi-disciplinary Team, ensuring that planned care is individual and appropriate to the needs of the patient.
The salary for this position is approximately £46,119 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
