Oxford Health NHS Trust is seeking an exceptional Clinical/Counselling/Forensic Psychologist to join their team in the Forensic Mental Health Psychology department.
About the Role
- The successful candidate will provide psychological consultations and interventions to individuals on probation, working closely with Offender Managers, Probation Practitioners, and other professionals.
- They will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for Probation teams and Approved Premises staff, as well as supervising other psychologists within the geographical area.
- This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with the Enhanced Intensive Intervention and Risk Management Service (E-IIRMS) to identify eligible individuals for direct psychosocial interventions and psychological therapy.
- Opportunities for professional growth and development are available, including the possibility of maintaining a small caseload with E-IIRMS.
