Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Onsite Customer Advocate to join our team in Central London. As an Onsite Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive the best possible experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Work closely with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Strong technical skills and experience working with automated test tools for SOAP and REST interfaces
- Degree in technical, computer science, or information technology (desirable)
- Previous experience of client interaction/onboarding in a support environment beneficial
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
