Compliance Officer Specialist

We are seeking a Quality & Compliance Officer to provide administrative support in our quality and compliance department on a fixed-term contract.
This role involves supporting the delivery of robust processes throughout Cornerstone Healthcare Group to ensure high-quality service delivery internally and externally.
Responsibilities include collecting, analysing, and reporting data, as well as working with the team to improve and monitor service quality.
This position requires occasional travel to services based in Hampshire, Surrey, and eventually Bristol & Birmingham.
- UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- Previous experience working in the care sector
- Experience in collecting data and presenting it as part of an audit
- Knowledge of Data Protection / Confidentiality
- Knowledge of Auditing & Analysis / Presentation
- Good communication skills both verbally and written
- To be flexible and adaptable at work to meet competing priorities
- The ability to work as a team
- Good organisational skills
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Support the Quality and Compliance Manager in ensuring the audit programme is followed company-wide.
- Carry out audits according to the company's audit schedule and directives from the Quality and Compliance Manager.
- Liaise with Heads of Departments for the delivery of quality improvement initiatives and auditing.
- Collect, analyse, and report data for service delivery.
- Undertake surveys and research programmes as directed.
- Support teams and systems to improve and monitor service quality.
Monday to Friday 09:00 (40 hours per week)

Cornerstone Healthcare Group provides specialist care for vulnerable individuals with challenging behaviours associated with complex neurodegenerative and mental health needs.
Residents in our homes primarily have neurological degenerative conditions such as Dementia with underlying mental health conditions, making them unsuitable for dementia care homes or residential care homes for the elderly.
