">We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Monitoring Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. As Compliance Monitoring Specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking the risk-based second line monitoring function. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Undertaking the second line of defence compliance monitoring for review of the effectiveness of the control environment;">
- Identifying and assessing risks that may impact the company's operations;">
- Developing and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies;">
- Providing guidance and support to other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A degree in a relevant field, such as accounting or finance;">
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial services industry;">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;">
