We operate 4 homes in various locations, providing high-quality care for residents with neurological degenerative conditions and mental health needs.
The successful candidate will be working within our quality and compliance department, ensuring robust processes are in place to deliver exceptional service delivery.
Job Description
- Support the delivery of quality and compliance initiatives across the organisation.
- Carry out audits and data collection, analysing results to inform improvements.
- Liaise with departments to implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Collect, report, and present data on service delivery.
- Undertake surveys and research programmes as directed.
