Compliance and Auditing Professional

We are looking for a skilled Quality & Compliance Officer to support our quality and compliance department at Cornerstone Healthcare Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality services and make a real difference in people's lives.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maintain high standards of service delivery.
This role requires strong data collection and presentation skills, as well as experience working in the care sector. You will need to have a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for travel to services in various locations.

Desirable Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or above
- Understanding of service delivery
- Root cause analysis knowledge
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 (40 hours per week).
- Support the Quality and Compliance Manager in ensuring the audit programme is followed
- Carry out audits according to the company schedule and direction from the Quality and Compliance Manager
- Liaise with Heads of Departments for quality improvement initiatives and auditing
- Collect, analyze, and report data for service delivery
The estimated salary for this position is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including enhanced rates for overtime, pension scheme, and more, worth up to £4,500.
