Job Title: Quality & Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality & Compliance Officer to join our team at Cornerstone Healthcare Group. This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support on a fixed-term contract, contributing to the delivery of robust processes throughout the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to ensure high-quality service delivery. They will also work closely with the team to improve and monitor our services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role involves travel to services in various locations, including Hampshire, Surrey, and eventually Bristol and Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or above
  • Understanding of service delivery
  • Root cause analysis knowledge
  • Quality Improvement needs awareness

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 (40 hours per week).

  • Support the Quality and Compliance Manager in ensuring the audit programme is followed
  • Carry out audits according to the company schedule and direction from the Quality and Compliance Manager
  • Liaise with Heads of Departments for quality improvement initiatives and auditing
  • Collect, analyze, and report data for service delivery
  • Undertake surveys and research programmes as directed

The estimated salary for this position is £27,500 - £32,500 per annum. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a benefits package worth up to £5,000, including enhanced rates for overtime, pension scheme, and more.
