Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our quality and compliance department on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, ensuring the delivery of robust processes throughout our organisation.
This role requires collecting, analysing, and reporting data, as well as working with the team to improve and monitor the quality of our service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a UK driving license, access to a vehicle, and experience in the care sector.
- Previous experience in collecting data and presenting it as part of an audit
- Knowledge of Data Protection / Confidentiality
- Knowledge of Auditing & Analysis / Presentation
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- To be flexible and adaptable at work in order to meet competing priorities
- Support the Quality and Compliance Manager to ensure the audit programme is followed
- Carry out audits in line with the company audit schedule and as directed by the Quality and Compliance Manager
- Liaise with Heads of Departments in the delivery of quality improvement initiatives and auditing
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a benefits package worth up to £5,000.
